Do you think Terry wants to “admit he was wrong” by firing Adams, if he can avoid it? A three game win streak provides plausible deniability if he wants it Just saying, I wouldn’t get your hopes up A fan for longer than you by virtue of my age and location. I appreciate your cynicism, but whether it is tomorrow or April, GMKA is a dead man walking. They’ll still be last in the conference even if the Sabres win tonight. I am not guaranteeing KA goes tomorrow, but tonight changes nothing for Pegula or any of us…KA is a dead man walking. 2 Quote

mjd1001 Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago Looking at the analytics, Seattle is really, REALLY struggling with offesne. Not just actual scoring, but generating chances. Even strength, Seattle is generating one scoring chance every 2.6 minutes (The Sabres generate one every 2.2 minutes) Seattle generates one high danger chance every 7.5 minutes (Sabres every 5.1 minutes) Seattle generates one 'expected goal' every 25.7 minutes (Sabres one every 20.8 minutes) So its not just they aren't scoring goals, they aren't generating chances, or good chances. Spoonman Posted 57 minutes ago Report Posted 57 minutes ago 9 hours ago, Porous Five Hole said: Following 12 days spent across six cities and four different time zones, the Buffalo Sabres conclude their season-long road trip on Sunday against the Seattle Kraken at Climate Pledge Arena. Alex Tuch and Josh Norris both could be in the lineup after practicing on Saturday, coach Lindy Ruff said. Tuch missed Thursday’s win in Vancouver due to an illness. Norris has missed the last two games due to what Ruff described as a combination of illness and injury. With no morning skate, Ruff said a decision on both players will be made pregame. Noah Östlund also factored into the team’s lines at practice on Saturday following a recall from Rochester. Seattle ranks last in the NHL with 73 goals scored – a reality that’s only been amplified by recent injuries to forwards Jaden Schwartz and Jared McCann. They lost in Utah on Friday. That loss marked the continuation of what’s been a challenging season at both ends of the ice for the Kraken. At all strengths, their -44 differential in high-danger chances ranks last in the league. The next closest team, Utah, is -26. Kraken is a dumb name. Go Sabres. ⚔️ cut off their tentacles! Marinate & grill once back home in KeyBank, to make next hotdog of the game. 12in tenta-dog! 1 Quote
#freejame Posted 57 minutes ago Report Posted 57 minutes ago Priority 1: Adams gets fired Priority 2: The Sabres win any given game Assuming #1 happens tomorrow regardless, I’m hoping we win big. Because I’m doubtful of that, I’m hoping for a 5-4 OT win with a big Sabres choke job in the 3rd to solidify the need for change. Quote

JohninMinn. Posted 47 minutes ago Report Posted 47 minutes ago It's so ironic it took a 3 game winning streak to get Kevyn fired. Who knew? 1 Quote

Stads Posted 43 minutes ago Report Posted 43 minutes ago I'm riding high after the Bills' comeback. Please forgot your the Sabres for one evening and actually win a (shocked face) third game in a row. It's not that much to ask Quote

Pimlach Posted 27 minutes ago Report Posted 27 minutes ago I am pulling for a win and still clinging to slim chances to end the Sabres playoff drought. I’m feeling great about the Bills big win. I’m also thinking there will be a change and hopeful that Adams career in the Sabres hockey operations has come to close. 1 1 Quote
