You think the coach sending them out saw 23 on the bench and thought he was tapping 22's shoulder?  

Can only recall 1 or 2 times ever that the Sabres have had 2 D out on 3v3 OT.

So, MAYBE that idjit running OT (and the PP) CAN learn from mistakes?  Would be something.

But, expect more likely he just tapped the wrong shoulder.  Which actually turned out to be the RIGHT shoulder.

Tage had a burr in his saddle tonight for sure. He got shoved down a couple times and hip checked once but it honestly just seemed to get him angrier and more willing to just play heavy. Loved him literally throwing DeBrincat off him; he's like "Get the ***** off me midget, I've got a defensive defenseman looking for a winner to pass it to!"
