Taro T
God I hate rooting for Boston, but man am I a Bruins fan tonight!!! I need a shower and a good soul scrubbing Don't think of it as cheering FOR Boston. Think of it as cheering AGAINST Washington. It makes it a bit more palatable. I'm assuming that cheering for the arena to collapse would be frowned upon?

That wouldn't be very patriotic.

OverPowerYou
Washington should lose. Nobody deserves to win when your goaltenders name is some guy named Holtby.

darksabre
CSN doesn't do their on screen scoreboard right. Road team should always be on the left, home team on the right. nvm they fixed it during the commercial break haha
wjag
Chmira thrown out for boarding McQuaid.... Fisherman 1 - Guins 0 early. Fleury stopping every other shot (1-1) :-)
darksabre
McQuaid goes to play the puck on his own end boards, turns and sees Chimera coming, then immediately turns his back to Chimera and gets crushed. Chimera had no chance to pull up. Learn how to take a hit dummy. That was all on McQuaid.
deluca67
Chmira thrown out for boarding McQuaid.... Fisherman 1 - Guins 0 early. Fleury stopping every other shot (1-1) :-) That was a BS penalty call. McQuaid looked at Chimara and turned his back.

wjag
Crap.. Washington killed off a five minute penalty. Boston barely got a shot on goal..
deluca67
If Washington loses, would you play Enroth against the Pens to give Miller a little more rest and have him play for the sweep of the Leafs?
darksabre
That was a weird first period.

deluca67
I play Enroth against Toronto and leave Miller for the Pens. If Miller loses to the Pens, do you still play Enroth against the Leafs?
wjag
If Miller loses to the Pens, do you still play Enroth against the Leafs? Yes. I believe the momentum they have achieved can survive a loss... One is coming sooner or later...
darksabre
If Miller loses to the Pens, do you still play Enroth against the Leafs? I think Miller plays the back-to-back, and if we're still leading the Caps in the standings, we'll seen Enroth for the second Leafs game.
TheChimp
Does either team seem like they wanna win this one? I have no way of listening to it...
darksabre
I really don't like that the Bruins haven't scored yet.
TheChimp
I'd be pissed if the teams who have all clinched help Washington in because they are scared of the Sabres right now.
Punch
The Caps have only 9 shots through 2 periods, 4 of them actually in the last 2 minutes--- unbelievable.
