Beatles "Little Help from my Friends", Traffic's "Feelin Alright" He also did that "buy me a ticket on a aeroplane" that I can't think who wrote. Although, in fairness to Dylan, writing a great song seems infinitely more difficult to me than performing one. Metallica's version of "Page" is pretty righteous. While thinking about Metallica and this thread, I thought of "Whiskey in the Jar". This Thin Lizzy cover is awesome and may be at the top of my cover song list. There is also a cover of "Let Me Roll it" by Big Sugar on the Hempilation II album. I love the Wings original, but the cover is awesome. Big Sugar also does great covers of "Dear Mr. Fantasy" and "Let it Ride". They will be on my list.
