Their roles are definitely more defined and they're being used more appropriately, however I'd prefer similar role players with a bit more skill.

As a parent of 2 boys, it's my responsibility to police their internet browsing. There are many tools available for parents to prevent their children from visiting unsavory websites if they chose to do so. I'm fine with the current filter (even tho it's censorship), but to ban posting of words that look similar to cuss words is just ridiculous. Who gets to decide what's allowed and what isn't?

Can we have an uncensored adults only forum for those of us who are not offended? Then it's easy for any parents to avoid if kids are looking over their shoulders.

Ha, I had a pair of Daoust skates (used) as a kid, with the clear plastic chassis. Most comfortable pair of skates I've ever had. There was some hockey supply store up near Niagara Falls (on the Canadian side IIRC), where my Dad would by me used gear.

I still think they need to add a goalie prospect or two. They have Ullmark and UPL... that's it. Both are large goaltenders with average athleticism, but we're trending back to smaller more athletic types at that position due to equipment changes. They can't just rely on being big and squaring up to every shot and hoping it hits them... there's too many holes now, so they need to stay ahead of that curve.

If a QB put up those same stats in a loss and didn't show any emotion on the field, then I'd be concerned about him.

Skinner is scoring on rebounds, close proximity to the net... he even said it himself that he doesn't have a great shot so he needs to get in close to score. He can sustain a high shooting % IMO if he keeps playing that way.

The NHL needs a statcast system like MLB so we get real time data on shot speed, skating speed, etc.. We have the technology! That one timer by Thompson looked exceptionally fast. With his height and stick length he should be able to generate more leverage on his shots than a guy 4 -5 inches shorter.
