So the coaching staff decides to give the game away AGAIN with a complete lack of understanding of clock management.🤬🤬🤬 How the F do you have possessions of 19 and 16 seconds. You run the ball once at the end of the game and Houston don’t have time to get the ball back and win the game. The incompetence of this coaching staff in regards to clock management is beyond frustrating. Just a fantastic weekend of Buffalo sports🤬

I have no problem with them moving Rosen but those thinking he is a bust of some kind are misguided. With his wheels and shot he will play in the NHL. He is pretty sound defensively too. Kulich is a one trick pony but he does it well and at clutch times. The only tool Östlund is missing is muscle/weight. Helenuis is going to turn into a well rounded 2C

I think the arbitration process is a joke. Face to face with the player arguing that he sucks and doesn’t deserve a good contract. They can say “it’s only business” but those meetings do nothing but destroy relationships.

In no world is Peeke better than Joker. Talent wise Buffalo’s D corps is better but Boston play within a structured system that makes their D corps very effective. If Lindy can implement a similar type system I think Sabres surprise a ton of people this season.

I’d like to see them give Östlund time at Centre this year in Rochester. That’s where he is at his best as a playmaker. Östlund is a much better natural centre than Kulich. Helenuis and Östlund are two legit centre prospects for the Sabres

I think Metsa will play some NHL games. So smart and smooth. He’s a solid guy to have if multiple D injuries happen.

He tried to split 2 defenders entering the zone and got sandwiched. It wasn’t good. Guy can’t catch a break.

The Leafs did this by signing Stolarz this season who had a great season as backup in Florida last year. Woll, Stolarz and Murray battling it out in net. Florida may wish they had him back as Spencer Knight looked awful against Carolina last night.

This is back to back for some of these guys. Fantilli had a hat trick last night in Washington. Kisakov is a player that does nothing for me. Interesting to see if Chevaldayoff finds a dance partner tonight.

The amount of speed they added with Lafferty, Malestyn, NAK and McLeod is unreal. McLeod skating is beautiful. Last year I would watch Oilers games and watch McLeod fly down the ice and mistake him for McDavid.

Yeah but Boston play a team game that works for them. E Lindholm and Zadorov will fit in and they will be a good team once again. The key to beating them is scoring and getting them to come from behind as they don’t have much offensive firepower.
