Moore definitely fits the Adams profile to a tee. Interesting that Benson is sitting in the wheelhouse too. Sabres don’t need to draft a dman at #13. If the Sabres stay at 13 I would be happy with either Benson or Moore. I think Philly, Detroit and St. Louis are real wildcards to me as far as what they do with their picks.

I really wonder if the DeAngelo to Carolina deal that is being held up is because they are dealing Pesce. Carolina’s owner sets his price on anplayer and doesn’t budge. If the DeAngelo deal can’t happen till July 9th that puts Carolina in a spot if they are moving Pesce. Unless they deal him now and just wait for the DeAngelo deal to go through later.

I don’t know if Benson is better than Savoie or not. I do know that they have dynamic chemistry together. If you are lucky enough to draft Benson then keep them together and profit. Find a big physical winger to play with them and you have a heck of a line. But if they draft Benson then that does open up a deal for an Östlund or Rosen.
