More of this please. They were supporting one another, showed much better cohesive play as a 5 man unit on the ice. They were commanding puck possession the better part of 40 minutes, and the other 20 were sporadic for the Rangers pressure at best. Very proud of them to clean it up. Not sure on the D, but that Gilmore? guy looks much better chemistry and play wise than Samuelsson, someone can attest this to be true? Over all a complete team effort, confidence growing. The wife was ecstatic, by the start of the 3rd, it moved.

They're looking like an NHL team. Good deal.

It's not annoying. It can be humorous though. Look at how I responded to you in a thread, yes, I know you read it. The fan base has a foundational right to be tired of the nonsense on the ice. Cut us some slack, 13 seasons isn't exactly a small window given the franchises time in existence. That being said, I like the optimism.....I'll go all in with ya..... LETS GO SABRES!!!!!!

Clean up the unforced give aways, maintain puck control, play hard, hustle hockey. I'm hoping they do these things today.

Lack of hustle to and with the puck, lost puck battles, an avalanche of bad passing decisions be it in the D or O zone, and the non stop game after game after game of Un forced give aways will lead to an L 7 out of every 10 games. And that is what we are witnessing, a relentless march to the abyss of poor puck possession. Countless errors, puck possession is everything in this game. The amount of seasons that have stacked up with poor decision making with the puck is truly staggering here in Buffalo, across multiple rosters of different players. I find it incredible that little to nothing play wise has changed.

This team is down right putrid on puck possession. The unforced give-aways, loss of puck control except on an initial rush is down right criminal.

5 min major? For a perfectly clean check?
