The entire defense when Dahlin is out = Pardon me, do you have any Grey Hockey IQ? Thompson = Do you have anything outside of the 1 trick pony cannon shot from the right? The entire team = Do any of you remember puck possession/control? You know, things like crisp passing....to a team members stick, not their skates, STOP panicking with the puck......and for the love of the Hockey God's, stop turning it over to the opposition in your own zone, like giving it to them between the face off dots. Any list additions, and there are a plethora of them, are more than welcomed to be listed.

This is the year. I don't know, I just feel it. The defense has taken the ball away in many games at key moments, I feel they aren't just so-so, they are younger, but they look hungry. There is no mistaking the DL needs to pressure to ease the growing pains of that younger DB corps, but......I don't know SDS, I just feel it, this is our year.

I want my family and friends to be happy, to find joy in their lives. The wife and I are in our 50's now, I've been pulling 12 hr shifts a lot this year. I had a window this past Sunday and Monday to some after work shopping. I spent 700 bucks on our 2 Goldens. The joy of watching them on Xmas morning is more than enough for me. As for the wife, she's been a life long Bills fanatic, me and the oldest daughter are the Sabres fanatics, but all of us in the house love both teams. So this Xmas, I went with 100% Bills apparel, the wife has more gifts than all the kids combined lol. I hope she enjoys, because I whole heartedly believe this is the year the Super Bowl belongs to the Bills. Happy Holidays to all. Go Sabres and Go Bills.

Sad thing is, I didn't see 1 goal. Oh I had the game on, but was busy screaming at Walmarts online customer support as I had just purchased a PS5 for my great nephew and they sent the confirm email, only to send an order canceled email 2 minutes later while putting a 10 day hold on 517 dollars I just spent a week before Christmas......and they couldn't tell me why, the product is in stock, the account has the funds. Pissed? Ya, I'm pissed......

This organization has destroyed this brand over the past 14 years, and I mean destroyed it. I question whether they are even an AHL team at this point.

In all of the Hockey Universe can someone explain to me how the Buffalo Sabres appear to have drafted, traded for or signed an entire roster from the Island of misfit toys? Is this by design? Is there a higher power at work here?

You jest. We aren't making the playoffs. Hell, we'll be lucky to pick outside of the top 4. Is it the players? Coaching? Management? At this time, it's a combination of players and GM. I don't blame Lindy for this, he's not the issue. The age of the players, the environment they've been seeded in, losing is acceptable, and the choice of draft picks combined with UFA and trade availability. These are issues that continuously lead to disaster. The GM is ultimately responsible.
