This has 0 to do with Allen. This is game strategy. McD and staff are well aware the D they can't stop any offense worth their grain of salt. The only way to win is points on every drive, be it field goals or TD's. Brady is getting his ass handed to him these past 2 games. The honey moon is over.

I actually expect it Gatorman. I mean, how do these players explain what was just witnessed these 2 days? Are they literally that bad individually at hockey? Do they all hate one another? Are they all seeing the same motivational speaker in one on one sessions? I mean for real, what in the hell were they doing during the games? They looked like a pack of monkeys trying to hump the same football.

It's not "only 2 games". It's 4 points to a conference opponent. There's more here than merely "waiting for the team to find themselves" or "giving them time to get to know each other". The season has started, training camp is over. Setting the tone for the season by handing 4 points to a conference opponent while not showing up, at all, is quite frankly......disgraceful.

Their talent had little to do with what went on these past 2 games. Puck possession is everything, the Devils had it, in spades, the Sabres had none. That's just the truth. Lost pucks, puck battles, poor zone exits, entries, all starts with strong puck possession. This entire roster does not hustle to the puck, with puck or to a high danger position to receive the puck, and it shows.

My god, they aren't even an NHL competitive team at this point. They are AHL material, and that's not angered hyperbole either. That's just straight out physically viewing the decision making at the mngt lvl and the players those decisions put on the ice in actual NHL games. Yes, it's that bad.

This team sucks man. Wow, can't even improve with time. Something is really really wrong in Buffalo. Hockey players come here to learn disfunction.
