Not being political If you can pay off your student loan, do it ASAP. The reality is, student loan forgiveness is a 3rd rail. I have hope one day they cut interest rates to a nominal inflation factor, but nobody is going to have current loan balances forgiven without public service similar to the forms that already exist. Maybe they go the extra mile and make college cheaper/free in the future (don't hold your breath, college is an industry). The Democrats are virtue signaling with it hard right now, but it's ironic because it's an extremely regressive bandaid that personally affects every single person significantly in one way or another (skipped college being prudent, paid off loans early being prudent, forgone college 'life' being prudent, guess what- you're a fool!) The same collapse Matt Murray did for Pittsburgh Cap hell has been disproven? We could have signed ridiculous contracts and been Toronto, which got worse after all those failed attempts. His first season he played the 'whatever UFA who won't demand 4+ year contracts' market and got us players who, well, didn't continue in the NHL. So he moved on to acquire cap-dumps instead to bring in that leadership. And all those contracts are done by this year's end. Why do you care about Frolik's cap hit?-- it was dead even with Scandella. I think it’s the money grab option. Avoiding the virus is near impossible and any implementation like this will be too slow to react. Given how close contact is high in many of those cultures and sanitation, etc is a step below- those entire countries not being overrun by now is proof that heat slows the transmission rate down drastically.

And all those goalies were the greatest thing since buttered bread until they suddenly weren’t. Recent examples: Quick, Crawford, Murray. No team is immune to sudden goalie overthink into stink collapse syndrome. I never mentioned Mittelstadt, but it’s not like the other draft picks shortly after him are anything better even at this point in time. I’m not sure what more Jokiharju has to do to prove it?
