Racism is when someone is motivated to act because of another's race,as opposed to what another has done. Unfortunately now every time there is a confrontation between police and blacks, it is broad brushed as racism, when in fact the response may have been based on the person's actions. Each instance had to judged on its facts, not assuming. Cry wolf every time and the message will be disregarded, instead of reserving it for specific proven cases.
