I'm not sure you can complain about lack of depth in the same breath as mentioning 13 d men used. Getting all the way to #13 on the depth chart would tax even Nashville.

If Tyrod was still on the roster I'd agree with your post, but they pretty much went all in on drafting a starting QB. They can't step away from it now. At this point we could be looking at drafting another EJ Manuel because we are locked into drafting a QB regardless of how it falls in front of us.

I wish more of the fanbase came to this conclusion back when that graphic was distributed. IMO it was always snake oil. A get rich quick scheme that can work when everything falls into place perfectly, but generally it sells hope and not much else. I think that out tank had proven quite conclusivley that it isn’t the draft picks, it’s the management that is building the team that is the difference. This would have been alot less painful had the owner went out and hired competent team builders first instead of chasing a generational player first. Right now we don’t have a generaltional player or a team. And most of the picks obtained in that plan are not going to be on entry level deals next season. Worst case scenario.

Olofsson, Boqvist, or Dahlin?

I know every concussion is different, but my son has had 3 of them. The 3rd affected him for almost 5 years. I am concerned about what this means for his future. I've reached the point where I want these athletes to walk away after 2 concussions. I don't want to cheer them on as they play their way to future profound life issues. I would rather cheer their decision to move on to the next phase of their life.

I'd be happy if I could consistently get 6hrs straight. That usually doesn't even happen on weekends for me.

Sucks to hear he's got another concussion. I've been pretty consistent about this. The rest of your life is too important to play hockey. We are going to miss your skill set dearly, Kyle, but this is your sign. Walk away and enjoy the rest of your life relatively symptom free. One more goal ain't worth it, and you don't need the paychecks, I'll bet.
