    Absolutely. Unfortunately, there's no way he lasts that long. Someone as media aware as he is is not going to expose himself to that kind of thrashing.

    My brother and I were exchanging Tommy Boy quotes the whole time. It wasn't bad.

    I've played the whole series and have always been a huge fan of Batman, so that game is a must. I did everything possible in the story mode of all of those games. I'm content doing that much, I don't need to do some of the challenge modes. Oh, and I'm currently playing through Arkham Origins again when I have free time.

    I knew someone would mention him. You even gave my already prepared answer for me. Nice work. I forget the exact time line with Tallon/Bowman, but Hossa was signed by Bowman, right?

    I had to sit through a church class this past weekend about being a godparent (don't ask). The guy teaching it looked just like Chris Farley. He even had a striped polo shirt that looked like it was straight out of Tommy Boy.

    I am oddly tempted too. I think ultimately I will hold out and save the money for the eventual PS4 purchase for Arkham Knight, but I'll go back and forth on it a lot.

    Do people still not realize that he is nothing but a publicity ? The only reason he is "officially" running is because he knew he had to take it a step further this time or else people wouldn't talk about him.

    Well, they've shown how to navigate when you inherit a team with three hall of fame level players anyway. I guess the real question should be how you get to that point in the first place. I don't think there's any specific template for success in the cap era given that the rules seem to be re-written every five years or so after the each round of CBA changes.

    Jesus himself could be up there with the Cup full of puppies and the players would still be thinking the same exact thing. "Ladies and gentlemen, your 2015 Stanley Cup Champions, the Chicago Blackhawks!" That is the exact quote that the presenter needs to say and then get the hell out of there.

    I'm with you on this one. Being as weird as goalies are, I'm sure they'd notice any possible change like that. Hell, they'd probably notice if the national anthem was 0.5 seconds longer than the night before.

    I had no idea that he ranked so highly among goal scorers in his draft year. Nice little stat there. Anyway, I can't wait for that day 2-3 years from now where he's a complementary player on this team as opposed to our top guy. That's when we start winning and he should be a key piece in that.

    They do a ton of conferences here where doctors from all over the country come and give talks about specific topics. Most of the time I never think twice about them and don't even look at the announcements. Today I just happened to catch a sign out of the corner of my eye. A doctor I used to work with on just about everything 5-10 years ago but never actually met is giving a talk at noon in our building. It'll be good to put a face to the name so many years later.

    That wasn't his point whatsoever. X spelled it out pretty clearly. Bettman is beyond awkward during that entire ceremony. If they can find a way to improve that, they should. But let's face it, if by this point he hasn't figured out how to do the presentation, he never will. If they can find a way to make the whole thing less clunky, they should do it. Hell, all he really has to do is talk less and the problem is solved.

    I wish there was some way to do a Masters like ceremony where the previous winner hands it off. That would never fly though. I could see there being way too much animosity out there.

    They did it with Hossa, but for whatever reason, he appears to be one of those Selanne-like immortals. I guess he's not that old yet, but we should see very soon how/if his contract handcuffs them at all.
