They got there in the end:

That’s me

Montreal apparently trying to trade for Lundell. If Adams was actually a decent GM he'd be on the phone telling Florida he will beat the offer.
-
32pt herbert sitting on my bench for 6 point dak.... What a start lolz
-
That’s about how I remember it.

We’ve been paying 4.75 lol I think he’ll be quite happy to finally get his golden parachute I’m SO glad we maximized that amazing deal

The article mentions 9 million AAV for 7 or 8 years as the rumored term

Most hated NHL team (want to see win the least)
GASabresIUFAN replied to mjd1001's topic in The Aud Club
I don't know, there is a very thin line right now between love and hate for the Sabres in the very disgruntled fanbase. 14 straight years of missing the playoffs coupled with GMKA's utter incompetence has left a very unhappy and bitter fanbase. -
Actually Adams is going to give Tuch a huge extension so that he can leave his successor another terrible long-term contract to work withafter he gets fired after this coming season when the team fails to make the playoffs for the 15th straight year.

A masterpiece from Gausman
-
Well that’s what I’m saying
-
Of course it is more complicated than just “a chance to win” but I think you are underestimating the propensity of most players to overestimate how close their team is. I don’t get a sense the Sabres current players think they are bad, I think most of them think they should be a playoff team.
-
Gausman a masterful performance in the biggest game this season so far for the Jays Back out for the 8th
-
Tuch, Zucker and Greenway rejecting free agency to re-sign means they are greedy bastards who dont care about winning. Peterka forcing his way out is proof the team is toxic and nobody wants to be in Buffalo. 🙄
-
To me, it's hard to even get too excited about players like them because it just feels like we are wasting their careers. We have always dreamed to have players such as Jack, Sam, Ras and Tage play for the Sabres. Two of them have Cups, and their best seasons elsewhere. It just seems like Dahlin and Tage are also headed that way.

Jersey Number Updates for Benson and Norris

Well according to wikipedia he played center in youth hockey, switched to D in high school but played center at the Worlds in 1982 at the age of 18. This must be why I remember him being a 2 position draftee. He was switched to center twice as a Sabre for a total of 21 games. - Yesterday

RFK Jr. is off the rails crazy. To think what Trump and Co. have done to the preeminent organizations of their kind in the entire world, where the entire world once came to learn, develop and share new breakthroughs, is a travesty. We are far, far worse off than we were before these incompetents took control.

It will take money, a whole of lotta of money, but the challenge is there. Zito is Theo, he really has a pipeline with Jaarmo here. For all his brilliance, not denying he is way more smarter than the collective of us putzs who think we got this, if Florida hires a boss for him to report to, that is a slam, maybe he's okay with that, but he is wired differently, in a good way. Granted pipe dream but what the heck, the voice in Sabreland has spent 2 months in Chautauga Lake did 2 days on July 1st and 2nd... Crickets...

My recollection is he played a fair part of 1 season at center when we had a couple of injuries or something up front. It didn’t last beyond the roster issue. And had a few games the next season. He definitely was not drafted as a 2 position player. He was all D in high school. I do seem to recall it “tainted” a 20 goal season as he did play forward for a notable portion of the season.
