Probably but nothing is absolute. Kim’s situation has taken a major toll on him. If he knows how much the fans are fed up with him for the state of the franchise maybe he considers it. 1 Quote

thewookie1 Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago (edited) I highly doubt Pegula would sell the team versus have his eldest take over. Then she would likely hire someone like a Shanahan to run the team’s hockey department while she runs the business/ownership responsibility. You’d just need to find a way to let Terry be around and feel seen without having him interfere. Then he’d be happy and we would be too Edited 2 hours ago by thewookie1 Quote

You’d just need to find a way to let Terry be around and feel seen without having him interfere. Then he’d be happy and we would be too It's asinine, but I understand It's his (💰) team, so it's his to do as he pleases; even if his pleasure includes running the ship aground... While I doubt that his intentions are what's being presented on the ice (for the last 15+ years), his "product" combined with his public relations behavior, leaves a lot to be desired IMO I HATE that he's presented himself as being sooooooo TONEDEF, or pig-headed (or whatever TF he is, psychologically) to the carnage that is the Buffalo Sabres His tenure as owner has been an, almost (downtown's revitalization is a nice gesture) complete disaster, and his inaction comes off as him seeing NO problems. No reason to make sudden, and/or drastic changes. This franchise is approaching life support-status, and from the Pegula camp..... crickets 🤬 He doesn't allow himself to be held accountable for his decade plus of TERRIBLE decisions, and in not making himself available, he's saying (without saying) that he really couldn't give 💩💩 about the public's perception, regarding his "leadership" of this franchise. He just throws his 'lil monkey boy Kevin at us, and that smug SOB's interactions prove to be nothing more than petrol on an already-brightly burning garbage fire!!! Palm 🌴 and taxes, you POS!!!! IDK? Maybe he does see the 💩 for what it is and doesn't know exactly what/how to make the next move? In not actually saying ANYTHING, he is leaving us to imagine the worst! What's painfully clear, to everyone witnessing this tragedy, is that he's bitten off WAAAAAY more than he can chew, and his current trajectory, if SONETHING isn't done, and ASAP is the absolute ruination of a once proud franchise and fanbase!!! This isn't Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA. This is a legit hockey market, complete with a decent history and the upper echelon of a fanbase! Terry Pegula bought into one of the easiest pro owner scenarios, IF he knew how to do his job. Yet, in spite of the scenario BEFORE he became owner, he has this team/franchise on the doorstep of death, and yet, from his mouth comes.... NOTHING???!!!! The inaction is just wild IMO Quote

In addition, they commissioned a study for complete facelift which, for those that don’t know, is a major cash outlay. Quote
