I'm not talking a John Scott or Reaves type, but I need someone to fight if guys are gonna pull the clown stuff Olivier just tried. We need to have somebody for sure that we can call up for rematches like we’ll need somebody for the next time we face the jackets 1 1 Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted October 29 Report Posted October 29 I bet somehow Columbus gets a 5-3 here, Fn garbage Quote
Stads Posted October 29 Report Posted October 29 Dominated that period for the Jackets to get bailed out with a crap PPG 1 Quote
Pimlach Posted October 29 Report Posted October 29 Bad calls are bad calls. The Sabres just need to move on from it and win the period. 3 1 Quote

Love Beck and Krebs but they don't instill that fear in opposing teams. Problem is theres a very thin line between that player and a Reaves or Rempe type. The Latter are not beneficial to lineups. 1 Quote

I think our 4th is doing a good job of containing that top line and keeping them in their own zone. Quote

I feel like we've been getting pushed around this year a little bit. We've definitely responded to dirty hits, after whistle in front of the net the best I've seen in like 5 years, which is awesome! But I'm still noticing other teams just bullying us at times with nobody we can send out to respond. 1 1 Quote

Stads Posted October 29 Report Posted October 29 Classic Columbus using the goalie equipment repair to slow down momentum. Well known about the league or I just made it up Quote

I think we’re trying to get to the right balance, and there are many that think it’s unnecessary, but it’s always been, and continues to be a league that is dominated by strong, aggressive men who aren’t afraid to vigorously defend themselves and their teammates. 2 Quote
