Look at the two teams rosters, the coaches, and the culture difference between these teams.  I’m setting realistic expectations in an effort to make it through the season.  

The playoff dought will continue, until the front office is completely overhauled and a new coach and assistant’s brought in. Best thing is for Terry to sell the team, he’s the main problem
