I'd also like to see the itemized list of all the things you are correct about vs your scorecard vs the other posters on this forum (I'm guessing its not tru)....as I have genrally found out in life that people who need to give themselves credit pubicly and say how good they are....are the ones that least often deserve it.

From what I can tell over the last few months of reading posts here I do not get the impression posters like Pimlach, myself, MJD, and others are saying Adams does not deserve to be fired. It does seems to me that many of us are not dying on that hill alone as we think Terry Pegula is as much of a problem if not more.

In the recent posts in this thread it seems like you are arguing a point vs them and myself that we are not making.

Bingo.....he just needs a foil for his own argument. "Its the old....if someone isn't agreeing with me, pretend they are disagreeing with me so I can make my own point even louder and pat myself on the back for it."

I'm not openly supporting Adams....I have said over and over Pegula is my main problem. But for some reason he feels the need to pretend that people are supporting Adams if they seemingly like any of his posts where he is demanding he be fired. 🤷‍♂️

All managers have to get their owners to sign off on deals - the argument has never been that the GM needs free reign it’s that they can construct a plan that shows results to the tune of them actually building up sway and confidence with regards to the owner - so many fail to grasp that in these relationships the manager ALWAYS knows more about hockey than the owner, one of the biggest components of a GMs job is in fact massaging thst relationship 

the idea that I have to explain how someone as demonstrably and obviously as poor a communicator as Adams might struggle with this after 6 years is sort of astounding. I mean I legitimately can’t believe I’m wasting time arguing online with MJD still about how Kevyn Adams should be fired regardless of Terry

I think Adams should have been fired during the 13 game losing streak. Instead they got a pep talk from Terry and a day off and the band plays on.

It's wash, rinse, repeat.

While Stahl is an entry level guy, Jarmo is not.  He is clearly part of the executive level, he attends the executive level meetings you see on imbedded.  

So the Sabres added to the “management group” and you are wrong.  You do not have to have a manager title to work in the “management group” or to be an executive.

i think it's normal or even standard for a 6/7 d-man to get traded for a 4th rounder without one GM saying to his counterpart “let me first clear this with my owner.”

Norris obviously has issues with the way has he been from birth. Great player but there is something other ‘thing’ going on

Unfortunately, we are only two games into the season and there already is no confidence or even hope that this team will be contending for a playoff spot.  

I see a team that that is suffering from poor trades and free agent acquisitions, contract overpays, and a farm system that can't easily replace Norris and Peterka.  

Adams has had enough time to right the ship.  He should have been relieved of his duties as GM after last season (and probably after the season before last season).  TP should have an open GM search and retain the best qualified candidate.  I don't think it is Jarmo.

I mean you trade for a 40mm contract attached to a porcelain princess who will likely play 10 games for us since the trade and thru this year cause if he does come back I fully anticipate 1 game and out for the season.... the owner can't be happy with this... but maybe he is so clueless he is just fine with it... cause he's just happy to be here.
