Eleven Posted Friday at 11:38 PM Report Posted Friday at 11:38 PM "Pick is in" seven minutes before pick is announced. C-list celebrities and/or Jeremy Roenick (D-list) announcing picks and taking forever to do so. Little analysis. This is the garbage I expect out of my favorite league. 1 Quote

At least they aren't saying presented by Upper Deck with every pick. Quote

They’re rolling out D list media members. I miss nbc or whatever other company just piggybacking the TSN feed instead. It would save from this bad format, but you’d at least get the analysis. Quote
inkman Posted Saturday at 01:03 AM Report Posted Saturday at 01:03 AM Having the GMs interview the players immediately after drafting them? About as cringe as I can imagine. 1 1 Quote

Big Guava Posted Saturday at 02:30 AM Report Posted Saturday at 02:30 AM As usual, the other leagues are miles behind the well oiled machine that is the NFL. Quote

Five minutes per pick was really like 15. 1 Quote

gilbert11 Posted Sunday at 01:03 AM Report Posted Sunday at 01:03 AM The Zoom room with the team members was a decent idea but the execution was poor. The NBA & NFL do well with teams in their own war rooms, so I’m not sure the NHL needs to have them at the draft. It always seemed strange to me to have up to a dozen people climb up on the stage for one to make the selection. 1 Quote
