French Collection
He will be awesome at improving the shot blocking technique. In all seriousness, I wish him luck and hope the Sabres benefit from his experience.
Pimlach
Lots of small moves that can add up over time. After all the firings, anything to bolster scouting and player development is fine with me.
dudacek
If his off-ice mirrors his on-ice, he should be good example; he fits the Adams buzzwords of earning it. As usual with most of these off-ice hires, we have no idea how good they actually are at identifying, nurturing and coaching talent. 52 minutes ago, Pimlach said: Lots of small moves that can add up over time. Slow and steady and bring in people that will work together, do their jobs, and not worry about turf. Like what Brandon Beane does.

Technically probably a hire by Matt Ellis for his PD department, but I’m sure KA was in the loop.
