I’m going to guess Montreal wasn’t looking forward to giving Galchenyuk big money before he hits UFA and went shopping for a reasonable facsimile that they could sign to a long-term RFA deal. It's like somebody gave jeffosmayic the reins to a hockey team. I love it Im not as down on this one as most of you.
