He's been better than McCabe and Pysyk in the past month or two. Not that I am opposed to this. Not sure why Franson gets a pass though. These lines look good and make sense. Desperately hoping for a couple of Bailey goals. If they make it impossible to separate him and Eichel, it bodes well for this teams future. I continue to be amazed and depressed that Franson somehow keeps getting minutes. I'm not sure he's been a healthy scratch all season. The only rationale behind it that I can see is he's playing to drive up his trade value. Though if that was the case, I'd staple his ass to the bench. I guess the only other option he has right now though is ROR. I wish Dan would adjust his system to fit our players. Add Bailey, Fasching and Baptiste to DLo, Foligno and Kane (and maybe a top 10 pick this year) That's a wing corps that is big, strong and fast. Nice identity to have. Play Weber over Pysyk last year and it's a tank move Play Pysyk over Weber this year and it's a tank year Do you guys want to develop Pysyk or not? Unless you were saying the Sabres priorities is to develop the young guys, in which case I agree. It'll be interesting to see how long Bailey can stick. I keep hoping he goes on an absolute tear and he's on Jack wing for the rest of his career. Farfetched, but it could happen and would make the off-season so much easier.
