I paid $10 per ticket to see a performance of The Wizard of Oz tonight at a local high school. I think I'll get a better return on my investment than the people at FNC.

This team has devolved into something barely watchable. I really hope they blow up the roster this offseason and make the team somewhat competitive.

@BuffaloSabres

All #Sabres forwards accounted for at AM skate with the exception of Leino, Mitchell & Stewart who are injured.

In case you missed it yesterday, Girgensons is expected to return to action for the #Sabres tonight. He's skating now at AM skate.

#Sabres defensemen now on ice at AM skate are Ehrhoff, McBain, Ristolainen, Ruhwedel, Tallinder, Weber.

Hackett first goalie off the ice. He will start tonight for the #Sabres.

@BuffaloSabres

MSG will carry the Hasek pregame ceremony in its entirety tonight. Please tune in early because it begins before 7pm. #Sabres

@BuffaloSabres

Nolan impressed by Ristolainen's development since early in the season. Big goal at #WorldJuniors, play with @AmerksHockey, bright future.

Hopefully Zemgus's Return tonight makes the team watchable

WADR, it is pretty sad that we're excited about the return of a guy who has only scored 6 goals... as if that'll make a damned bit of difference on this team.

Don't get me wrong, I like Gus and recognize he's got a ton of "up side" but... ;)

He's going to be a first ballot HHOF-er in a couple months. It's not like its a stretch induction.

It's not the player or the induction, it is the timing of the ceremony that is an obvious attempt to keep fans interested in a team that is for the most part unwatchable.

I'll guarantee he leaves everything he has on the ice. He does that EVERY shift in EVERY game. As to the other stiffs who've packed it in for the season, God only knows what we'll get out of them at this point. Too bad what ZG has isn't coachable.

GO SABRES!!!

I don't think the goal output is what's making people excited to see him, it's seeing a player put in 100% effort and also getting a glimpse of the future.

The Hasek ceremony is a blantant attempt to keep people interested in this pile of ###### they call a hockey team.

Weren't they coming off a 4-1 stretch when this announcement was made? Seems odd if they were doing this too keep people interested that they would do it when the team was in the midst of their best stretch of the year.
