A few upsets, but not many. Greece lost at home 1 - 0 to Faroe Islands and Montenegro drew Sweden 1 - 1 at home. BiH vs. Israel (why are they in Europe football federation?) kick off soon. Looks like BiH will not even be in a playoff for Euro 2016, unless something drastically changes. Maybe this is why their manager retired after WC 2014. Canada has a tough group, Germany and Japan get a free pass. The lottery was very well done, every ball was drawn, opened and read in front of the cameras, no possibility for shenanigans. It's because they want to make a 30-minute show out of it and picking one ball (this year at least) takes a minute. I'd be down with a format where they pick the ball, spend 10-15 minutes on going through the draft order and summarizing what each team "needs", then spending 15 minutes on the top 5-10 picks or something.
