Sheary will probably always will be a 15-20 goal 15-20 assist scorer. Those that expect more out of him just have unrealistic expectations which will always = massively disappointed. He’s a nice complementary piece for a middle six role. Vesey will probably hover right around the same production wise. RK is gonna throw a lot of weird combos out there for the majority of the preseason. ALL coaches do every year. For the Sabres, Housley did it, Bylsma did it, Nolan did it, Ruff did it etc ... The combos will change from period to period some games. This concept is nothing odd, weird, wrong or outside the box.
