    I think your right and have no problem with it. There is no goalie controversy till there is a team in front of him capable of scoring. I believe this summer it will be easy to pick up an Enroth or Neuvirth level of goalie if GMTM wants one. He may believe we have one in Chad Johnson.

    I don't think the Sabres are a better team, but they are playing as hard as they can to try and win. That cannot be said of the Coyotes or Toronto, this is what makes it scary and the reason I believe the Sabres could take both.

    I'm not sure what you're saying. You're first sentence is a total contradiction of it's self. He's healthy, but can't pass a physical because he is injured. Please expand on your thought.

    I don't think it's an NHL or player union rule. I think it's part of a deal if both sides want a healthy player. The Kane deal has no condition in it that he must pass a physical, as we all knew he was injured but still part of a trade.

    If what you're suggesting is true, that's makes Snow a genius. He knows he has a good goalie under contract for another year and half at a good salary, but he's got a lingering injury. That was ok because he doesn't need him but occasionally to rest his starter. Then his starter goes down. Who does Snow call that would love a good low salary goalie for next year, and the Isles get a good goalie this year.? Why GMTM! "Snow here Murray, got a great tank proposition for you so just hear me out..." I'm staring at the tin foil..

    Lindback is a good sized young man, and very big for a goalie. I want Lucic to run him and knock his mask off. If Lindback gets up and goes after Lucic and starts a fight, then the Sabres should keep him for sure. Irbe can teach him the rest of being a goalie, but giving a player some fire in the belly can't be coached.

    Wow, what a shame! Yahoo is notorious for what Scott Ericson is alluding to in the story. Yahoo authors must get paid by the hits. They fabricate more stories than any "leading" news source I follow. I never go to ESPN so have no opinion on their accuracy.
