To be fair the big spinning bingo Grammy ball holder then spiter out thing would need something like ... 14- last place team balls 13- 29th place team balls 12- 28th place team balls till eventually you place the 14th placed team's lone ball in. Not being the math wizard here, but I believe that would be 105 balls in the translucent spinning orb of NHL draft lottery luck. Now that's reality TV right there, that should be televised!

You sure it was the laugh, and not because the chicken is on crooked? Some bosses are particular of personal appearance in the office place. -
To me the Toronto Maple Leafs are in the same place as The Oakland Raiders in terms of franchises. Both with poor ownership making bad decisions. Yet, on occasion, hiring good people and not allowing them to do their job. Both in extremely large markets with rabid fans, they will always make money, and see no need to change their ways.

I don't want it at all, to me "blue collar" team means a bunch of over achievers in sports. I don't want a team that is not skilled but works hard every shift. I want skill mixed with size and grit. I want a team that can score any way they need to win a game, not just throw pucks at the net and hope for the best. I want highlight film goals, not Devils trap games because it gives us the best chance to win.

If you would have asked me almost a decade ago, if I thought it possible the most prolific and talked about game for the next ten years was going to be a game between two of the worst teams to step onto the ice in years, one of them being the Sabres, with it's consequences being huge? I'd call you an idiot and a liar, and be very upset. Yet here I am, as we all are, as emotionally charged as I have been in a decade of Buffalo sports. The worst part is, I'm actually exited...this is one of the weirdest, azz backward fan rides ever!!

He hasn't thrown anyone under the bus, not even a snide remark. There has to be more than him that knows, just play, don't say anything, it's all a bad dream and in September you will wake up and it will be all gone. Gionta, Moulson, telling the boys to just grin and bear it? There is some faction holding this team together.

Personally, I would rather see them score more, rather than working on a system to give up less. Yes I would like them to win, but this game was at least fun to watch.

You jest, but there's much truth in them there words pilgrim. It may take a half the team being traded before McEichel gets more than 5 minutes of ice time. :cry:

Personally, I've had a lot of fun there. Way better than San Antonio, the tourist trap with a stinky creek running through it.
