I wanted to add that Krebs play to Quinn was great, he knew he was going to get hit but made a perfect pass. Getting up and not missing a shift after that hit, tough little player.

Minnesota has received a 4th and a 5th round pick for retaining 25% of salary on ROR and Orlov deals. Low percentage of finding a quality NHLer with those picks but you never know. They can also be bundled to move up and get a guy that your staff identifies as a great steal. I want to see Bryson traded or pushed down the depth chart. Even a Dante Fabbro would be better. Caps are selling, Jensen could be had. Weaponize your cap space KA.

Matt Savoie could be the next Point. Drafted way earlier but plays like him.

Ryan Johansen out 12 weeks for the Preds after suffering a skate cut to his lower leg. Not that he is having a great season but he is their 2C. I think they go into sell mode shortly.

I think I would let Anderson start in Florida. Gives him a little more rest. He lives there too. I would give Comrie a shot. Big game but expectations are low vs a powerhouse team.

Bryson is the first guy I want to see leave. I would prefer bringing in a McCabe type to replace him, maybe Johnson can do it.

Positives Dahlin is where I thought he would be next year. I was hoping for 70 points. He’s still only 22. Cozens has also exceeded my expectations. Tuch is better than I thought, plus all of the intangibles. He showed the most effort in that s**t show last night. I had Quinn with a shot at 20G, he can still get there with a hot streak. He is on the cusp of an upward move. Negatives Comrie has not been a difference maker in any games. He hasn’t had many opportunities to turn it around but I expected more. Lyubushkin has been hurt but he is not hitting or shutting anyone down. I thought he had a chance of being a 4D. Okposo has lost a step and isn’t getting any quality shots on net. He works hard and I like him but he looks done. PP. These are some of the most gifted offensive players yet they are not creative at all. They are scoring quite a bit but they don’t have a different look for when teams take away Tage. PK. Have a basic system and get some buy in. This is a real weakness. Guys could get serious minutes added on if they get good at this.

I think @pi2000was close with a left handed Jokiharju. That is an upgrade over Bryson and Clague. I think he skates very well and understands the defensive part of the game. After four years of NCAA hockey he may not need much time in the AHL before he is ready to help. I believe Buffalo is the only team that can burn a year off of his ELC so that is an option to get him to sign. His ceiling is not top pairing D so he shouldn’t break the bank on his next contract.
