What a game! After the early stumbling block of the Bruins onslaught, the Sabres resoundingly storm back! The ovation for Eichel before the game started was not surprising but unnerving. the Bruins! Eichel showed more poise than he has in at least 5-6 games last night. It was a sight to behold. Hopefully this is the start of his surge.

I'm still intrigued by Boedker. :D

No problem. Haha. -
Yes on Boedker. No thank you to Jones, he's someone you sign on the cheap this offseason. He's a depth forward. Boedker finally healthy makes this team immensely better and more skilled. He finishes and skates very well. He'd be a great fit in the top 6. Only 27. Would they be interested in Ennis? Hmmm. I like the first two, that's a lot for Eric Staal. Who honestly is a shell of himself.

Are we posting spoilers or not? -
Good to see Larsson get on the board. What a fast paced game. I love watching both of these teams play.

Buffalo goes to the PP! Early hooking penalty. God I love watching games from Detroit.

Mini-Mock: Round 1: Based on standings: Current pick #7 Olli Joulevi, LHD, London Knights http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=196391 Slick skating left-handed defensemen on my favorite Jr Team Round 2: Based on standings: Current pick: #37 Jakob Cederholm, RHD, Jonkoping HV71 http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=169012 Another guy that has first round talent that may or may not slip. While we need forward depth, this is one of the other defensemen that I see translating similarly to other Swedes.

Moulson is playing with Eichel where belongs. Unfortunately he's A) being paid like a top two line player and B) still has the skill to be it. Although he's lost some of his polish he needs to be in the top 6. I'm excited again to see Eichel and company against Larkin who if I could have one other young forward in the league on our roster he would be that player!
-
He is "our" Drury now, but there's no question he's more skilled and ultra talented. Everything else you're spot on about. The challenge rule blows.
-
Eichel, I already have an O'Reilly. I'm considering doing Reinhart over Eichel, but we'll see. It's tough, #23, #15 and #55 are all high on my mind.
-
Draisaitl versus Reinhart is the big one to watch. Ristolainen versus Nurse isn't close. I'm sorry but I would go so boldly as to claim that Ristolainen is on a higher potential mark over Ekblad at this point. With a competition of TOI, physical play, and production and he's soaring high.

Shut your damn mouth. :P Everything about Kane's game is better than Stafford!
-
Reinhart has been getting better and better. I love his game so much. Eichel had a nice open pass to McGinn who shut my mouth on insulting him before the game started. Good solid play from all involved. Evander Kane is coming on like gang busters. I secretly wanted Jesse Puljujarvi in the 16 draft if we fell by the waste-side. But, screw this, {Playoffs}!
-
O'Reilly's line looks fantastic on paper, ugh Eichel stuck with bleh. Put Larsson up there and let it go. Moulson and Larsson and go! Going to enjoy watching Domi vs Eichs.
-
Or the fact that he's been a complete siv and couldn't stop a blow up fun house from getting into the net.
-
Another good tough opponent. I cannot wait to see Eichel and Reinhart against Larkin!
-
First off, I love your avatar. Secondly, I can totally get behind both talks here. Even if we trickle down to the Ellis' and Ekholm's of the group they're so quality. Obviously you want to stay in the Josi and Jones area. However, most of them are signed on manageable contracts, so unlikely. I like Dougherty too in their store cupboard. Getting Johansen would be a boon for any franchise, but he's going to cost the farm. We've done that twice and the store cupboards aren't "as" full. I'd rather focus on getting a mid tier forward or a LHD who can be matched with Ristolainen for several years to come.

My favorite player in the draft! I love his skill and ability!

Rick can say whatever he wants. He's earned every respect possible.

True. The same should be said for playing with Yeichel. -

I concur with all of it. To be honest, I don't think Lack has been the same with the same team concepts that Peters uses versus what he was familiar with in Vancouver. I loved the play of Eichel, and Reinhart....I just wish Reinhart got on the tally sheet more reguarly. I'm quietly shutting up on Colaiacovo, he's been 10x better than Weber who can stay on the IR all season. More Evander Kane scoring and less Legwand. It's good to score whoever does, but we need to get some of the guys who will be here possibly through the deadline if not for sure next season into regular routines of scoring :D -

Two tight games against St. Louis and out played by Dallas. Now on comes Smashville for two of the next three. This time last year we would have been losing by 7-2, 6-3 etc. But, it would have been nice to get one of the two against Allen and company. The pace needs to pick it back up for sure. -
Completely agree with this.
