It works both ways though. Besides the chicken wing, Buffalo’s best export is people. Here in DC, there are plenty of Sabres fans in attendance when they play the Caps. I imagine it’s like this at a lot of East Coast arenas in cities experiencing population growth.

He shouldn’t have said this. As we know, Putin’s paying attention. He may be analyzing Kevyn’s comments right now. The good news is he’s probably a bit distracted on how to respond to the NHL’s Pride practice jersey usage.

I’m sure this is a statement you can only make if you have relatives living in Russia. I don’t agree with him, but I have no problem if he has concerns family members may mysteriously fall out of windows.

Levi is not chopped liver. Giving him a start against MTL would be consistent with us trying to win.

A Comrie shutout wasn’t on my bingo card either. -

Don’t forget, size 40 -
The Sabres have entered the Connor Bedard sweepstakes...

We could have fun with this. I would pencil him in at 2C. Shift Cozens down to 3C. Even though we’ll outscore teams 80% of the time, we’ll still be giving up an average of 5 goals per night. -
That’s fine. They can have one of Savoie or Kulich, but nothing else should be going back to them. If they really twisted my arm, I would throw in a 3rd rounder in addition. Preferably, I would be sending Savoie over Kulich.
-
No way would I be giving them our 1st rounder AND Kulich or Savoie. I would only give them any one those single pieces for Soros.
-
They’ve done the “let’s spend to the cap” strategy before. Didn’t work. They need to first establish a healthy foundation before going down this road. They haven’t proved throwing money will be beneficial. We added at the deadline (as opposed to being active sellers) and they proved they weren’t ready.

So…who’s gonna tell him?

Glad this kid is being charged. Scumbag move on his part. Sure, he’s young and kids do dumb things, but this doesn’t mean they should be immune to the justice system. Plus, guarantee people would be screaming “White Privilege” if nothing was done.
-
Don’t forget. We’re not drafting him on how he plays now, but how he will 3-4 years from now.
-
I didn’t hear Devon mentioned here. Still could be though.
-
He doesn’t need to be any more than a Jiricek lite. We already have 2 players (supposedly) much better than Jiricek.
-
Meaning he’ll be the only one in the league who can stop a slap shot from #72.
-
Can we add this to the Kevyn Did Something thread now?
-
Yep. I want UPL to go down. He can be The Man for the playoff run. But he was on the Amerks roster at some point before the TDL this year. Was there a specific window he needed to be on the roster?
-
That’s creepy.
-
Thank God! I guess I can put the gun away now.
-
Yep. He’s a team first guy. He knows NU is DOA without him. His other teammates who jumped don’t really care either way. But, he knows the Sabres are a sure thing, so can afford to string them alone for a few more days.
-
I’ll assume most guys sign for their best offer. Based on that, I doubt most guys regret signing a fully guaranteed contract.
-
Fixed that for you.

Looking at Lehner in Buffalo and Knight in Florida, I hope the Sabres provide Devon with a 24/7 chaperone/handler.
