Any reason for being Bama fans?
-
WTF was that, Jack? Give that puck to O'Reilly down low..
-
He will be a hot free agent despite his struggles this year. Cutting him is the right move. I just hope he isn't in the division because I think he'll be extra motivated next year.

AP reporting Mario Williams will indeed be cut following Sunday's game. Will save $12.9M on the cap. http://www.pro32.ap.org/article/ap-source-bills-planning-cut-mario-williams-offseason

This is where I'm at. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I think he's doing something he believes will benefit the team long-term. Only time will tell...

I'm mad at myself for saying "allowed."

I'm not quite where you are on the Pegulas, but I actually said allowed when I read the statement that it was weird. It's also weird to throw Russ in with... your wife.

The Ducks traded 24-year-old winger Kyle Palmieri to the Devils for a 2nd and 3rd rounder this offseason... He now has 16 goals and 13 assists. That's more goals than anybody on the Ducks and more assists than all but two. That trade never made sense to me when they made it but it's really biting them in the butt. I get that they couldn't expect him to explode like this (16 goals is already a career high), but I always really liked Palmieri.

The Steelers are close to the playoffs and may get in despite even more serious injuries than what this team dealt with... Injuries suck but it's not enough to excuse the entire failure, though. This I can agree with. Although I think giving the Pegulas any credit or anger for the tank is silly because I don't believe they knew enough about what it is to do so.

That's because it appears they've let GMTM run everything with the Sabres. He's the mastermind there. It's far too early with the Bills. So far it's been bad, yes, but there's time. It's fair to say their moves thus are cause for concern.

Team announced it on Twitter.

Pegula announces Doug Whaley and Rex Ryan will return next season. "As our first full season as owners of the Buffall Bills draws to a close, management, coaches, players and fans all feel that our expectations were not met. Kim, Russ and I look forward to working and collaborating with Doug Whaley and Rex Ryan in forming a winning future for the organization. Our management team and coaching staff are very capable and work well together. This stable foundation is necessary to achieve long term success in the NFL."

Joe Yerdon has done that for as long as he's been the Sabres reporter for them.

I don't care about Bucky's credibility one bit. This thread has nothing to do with him aside from PA starting a conversation using his article. It's a worthy question and discussion.

Updated Evander Kane Cleared in Sex Offense Investigation
Hoss replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
His home is in Vancouver. He may have another home in SoCal, but he was in Vancouver for the majority of his healing from the injury. You know who else lives in a hotel locally? Russell Salvatore. And that guys been here so long his skin has turned into leather. -

It was parked at the Harborcenter parking lot as it always is as that is his permenent residence. I'm very interested in hearing why the car was towed unless it's evidence. -
That makes sense. That's an interesting breakdown. I'd have to put more thought into it to give a real response. Very thorough, though. I appreciate it.

I find that type of tax code to be tough. I believe the rich should be paying for more taxes without so many easy ways out, but I don't think somebody making $250K should be paying a similar percentage compared to one making a dollar less than a million.

No. Just his 4th, 5th and 7th. Pegula still has time! :p

Nope nope nope on Bradford. I think he can be a starter in this league for mediocre teams and strike gold on ones loaded with talent on defense... But he's not an immediate or clear upgrade over Tyrod.

Any reporter in the business will tell you it's had a huge impact on these guys. There's far less suitors because teams don't want to give up their picks for guys like Daniel Murphy which drives down their price on the open market.
