Fast start in this one!

Very coincidentally, my wife saw a mouse 2 days ago. I set a few traps, the little guy is too small to trip the wire! He's adorable. He just stands on the traps, eating all the peanut butter. He's having himself a regular feast. Well, anyway, my dogs killed him and his friend this morning. Found, and snuffed out. Took em about 3 minutes. I was so proud. Both pups got treats immediately. Sure it was gross and a tiny bit sad that the little guys had to learn about their position in the food chain, but my dogs did their jobs and we're rewarded.

Well, after rereading my post 6 times, I couldn't find that part where I mentioned anything about last year's pick. Ya stumped me!

Probably. Although Montour is better than Coburn(at this point.) Killorn is way better than Mitts, and then you have Samson for Cirelli straight up. I'm way over simplifying this...yeah, you'd need a sweetner. One year of Coburn and I think 3 more of Killorn. Then they have to sign Sam and we have to sign Cirelli.

Done. Done. And done!

I'm with the people on the trade train. Yeah, if they make the pick I hope they get a perennial all star. But I really don't want to wait the 1-4 years it takes to develop them anymore. I'm getting pretty exhausted with waiting.

I don't think he has the skating. He doesn't have the agility.

I'm pretty certain that I've never read anything that barstool has ever put out, so I don't know. But I will say that he is a master at generating interest. I remember a tweet earlier this year making the rounds of him wanting to fire any barstool employee who tried to join a union or something and over the next couple days their site absolutely blew up. He leans into the hate from what I can gather. He's like a pro wrestling heel.

Portnoy is still trolling Goodell. He's the head of Barstool Sports for those who don't know. And Roger Goodell hates him. He would do this just to piss off Goodell. It's also the same reason why he won't be given consideration from Tim and Kerry.

Ooooh! Could I be wrong? The Canucks will not be buried without a fight. This series is really good. These teams are beating the hell out of each other.

I was nervous at the end there. I would have liked it to go one more game though.

Man, that was a tough way to cough up a series.

I can't leave now. I've got too much invested in the Sabrespace Fantasy Hockey League. 2 Cups in the last eight years. I'm working on a dynasty.

That's what I do every year at the Boilermaker. All my friends run the 15k and I wait at the FX Matt brewery for them to finish while double fisting Saranac all day long. It's a wonderful day!

Good position to make moves, moves that can make a marked difference... Playoffs! Series wins! Cup! That's it! The Sabres have made good trades before. Recently even. The ROR trade was amazing. The Skinner trade was also a complete steal(the after party, not so hot). None of these moves have been supplemented with anything that helps us draft outside the top 8.

With the exception of this year's cup winner, every single team in the league is "a couple to few smart moves" away. The last sabres playoff goal was scored by Brad Boyes! (I really wanted this to be Rob Niedermayer btw, only one game off)

I keep coming back to our offense being so much worse. The Sabres scored 193 goals this season. The Canucks scored 224 and the Avalanche scored 236. Dahlin has still put up over 80 points in a season and 3/4 as a teenager with a bad roster that has 2, maybe 3 finishers on it and one of them forgot how to score this year. He's the ***** man!

I watched that one yesterday. What can I say other than Lundell still bores me to death. Holtz shoots like Vanek and I do like Rossi quite a bit.

Ovi still has the best damn shot you could ever hope for.

If it's covered in fondant, because that ***** is terrible!
