I usually get 2 hours in the afternoon and 4 hours at night. And yesterday I just crashed at like 8:30. Didn't even stir til 6:30.

Getting 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep in one night is awesome.

Got 3 or 4 inches of snow here in the city. The mountains around me got anywhere from 9 to 14 inches. I'm gonna have a good weekend on the slopes.

Huh? Can't you roll it into something? What right do they have to keep hold of your investments? I didn't know that was a thing and have no idea how it works. When I left my last job I rolled my 401k into my new jobs 401k. I realize that you freelance and it's not the same, I'm just confused.

Pretty sure you can withdraw a tax free $10 grand from a 401k as a down payment on a first time mortgage. It's kinda like robbing Peter to pay Paul, but it could help a down payment quite a bit. Oh, and as of my payment last month, I knocked $188.43 off the principal on my mortgage.....yaaaay interest!

My barber takes an average of 35 minutes to cut my hair. He takes so much pride in his work, I absolutely love it. And my Spanish is horrific, so we don't talk much(all the guys in the shop are from the DR and Puerto Rico) but we can still talk about baseball!

Like my tailor. Alex Jones is rambling in the back of his shop every time I'm in there. He does good work, though, so I ignore it and make sure the conversation is brief and never turns political.

One late payment shouldn't ding your credit score. If it does, it will be very minor. You will build it back up before you know it(less than 6 months) as long as you're making the rest of your payments on time.
