At least Ehlers can skate, Reinhart reminded me of Vanek, on his quicker nights. Serviceable player, who ended up going way too early in a weak draft class.

I doubt he’s the same player without Matthews. Also, he took a ton of flak for his lack of production in the Leafs exit last year. Haven’t paid attention to his playoff numbers this year. I’d rather add one or two more Alex Tuch’s than one Mitch Marner or even Matthews. I just don’t see any of those guys being anything but Jack Eichel v2.0, and we just got rid of one distraction. No need to add more.

No way I trade Dahlin for either Marner or Nylander, regardless how many picks they throw in.

Well no, but he strikes me as more of a passer, than blueline cannon, so… I like his number of helpers, and I think 10-15 goals will be fine, as long as he keeps setting up plays.
