Well, I don’t know about that, the hardest working team in hockey had some pretty good players, aside from Dom.

For, or against? I saw some of what would’ve been odd-man rushes against last season, but strong backchecking pretty much negated those.

Who’d have thought that moving your feet would win you loose pucks, and carry the play? It’s a shame Sam and Jack didn’t pan out, but if there’s a positive somewhere, it’s that this is a skating team now.

But from a franchise who oh so often seem dead set on making the wrong decisions? It’s a positive.

I watched pretty much every full 1999 game I could find on Youtube, during the lockdown. I loved rooting for that team. No passengers. Now…. No. The current franchise isn’t worthy of mention alongside the teams of old.
