Between working from home, I've been baking a lot. Working on perfecting my no-knead bread recipe. (The secret ingredient is honey.) Being the kitchen manager. Major cleaning and repairs around the house. Prepping the pool for it's spring opening. Walking the dogs daily.

Speaking of, I booked a beach condo in NC for late August. You just know what'll happen.

Despite being and hour from Boston, Covid cases have been mercifully few here in Manchester. Will that matter? We'll see. But at least the building is media ready. Are there enough hotel rooms? We had a nice spurt of hotel construction right before things went to s**t. SNHU Arena in Manchester NH (former site of the Kings AHL team) was rumored to be under consideration. Arena managers deny it...buuuuut what do you expect them to say?
