Hopefully that'll improve in time. I think he was off balance because he wanted to pull the trigger instantly. That wouldn't have worked since Anderson was anticipation that.

Anderson knew what Eichel was trying to do. He knew Dahlin was sitting there. You'll note that Andreson was already in position with his pad before Dahlin even shot the puck. Maybe in time Dahlin will learn he can afford to take a split second to look at the opening a goalie is giving him. In that case he should have shot over the pad or into the five hole.

In the Toronto end the Leafs are on the Sabres like white on rice. Yet we are incapable of doing that in our own end.

Risto just waving at Ennis with his stick as he blows by.

And when the Leafs buzz the Sabres slow down or stand still. They become traffic cones.

They were pretty shaky at times in the first. It looked like they were itching to give the Leafs a goal.

I should also point out that my feed is so far behind that it was still 2-1 when I posted that.
