Interesting comment because when I worked up there on Capitol Hill it was changing, but the Dems were considered disorganized. Must be part of eb and flow and when one side gets in power in House and Senate, sub groups look to accentuate their power to the detriment of the overall group and tend to be devisive. The one in the WH has the ability to mask this devisiveness and more effectively quash it because the WH has a limited center of power. My theory and why it has flipped.
