My Dad used to do 50 pushup a day until he turned 80 and his doctor told him to stop because of his back... Seriously still do them myself to keep in shape when I don't go to the gym.
-
Korpisalo was good, the last two goal resulted from Nylander thinking too much and Justin Bailey needs to get his head out of is backside. First he didn't see that he had an opportunity for a break then he changed on the offside of the line....

Finally beat someone... still messed up two choices and almost lost to you. Had two guys on the bench that could have given me an additional 22 points... I got lucky..,

Also the article mentions the original head hit released a lot of unnamed traumatic childhood memories he had supressed and he became very angry about. His sister was with him a lot post concussion because he trusted her reminding him she went thru that same stuff... What wasn’t stated specifically, though the term abuse was used a couple of times. Sounds like the perfect storm... in this case storm in the brain.

What these two games proved is D is a work in progress and playing transition game takes some more work. That being said... super fun to watch... ps Bailey looking good.

Thought the Sabres played really well except for some bad positioning and decisions on the rush. Also Dhalin has some learning to do against high speed forecheck teams. Still the speed and effort was there and as the guys get to know each other some of this will clean up. Goaltending seemed decent but needs to be better. Nice to see Sabres be able to match TO team speed. Really liking Tage Thompson and CJ Smith. Larrson is so done.

Not sure maybe will know closer to game time -
Good post... I have a similar deal with right and left leg, though I don't think it ever bothered me. That being said, I ran x-country in High School, worked as a bicycle courier in college and tore every ligament in both ankles, never broke one though. Started seriously playing hockey and skating in my early thirties and haven't rolled an ankle since. I still get on a spin bike and step master to smooth out cartilage in my knees. Have noticed a little right hip pain once in a while a suppose it is due to leg difference. I couldn't tell you if my skating style does what your's does probably not because my ankles have so much flex from tearing the ligaments... I'm more like Jack's turned out. BTW Gilbert Perrault had that sort of skating style and had bow legs. It helped him change directions and c-cut fast. Maybe you are on to something... hmmm

I can't say what I think he will injure but it rhymes with angina or cray cray...

Sabres are shredding Leaves tonight, fall begins tomorrow as it is the Vernal Equinox so let the the Leaf shredding begin. Available players not game roster: https://www.nhl.com/gamecenter/buf-vs-tor/2018/09/21/2018010044#game=2018010044,game_state=preview I know its preseason... still I think we should spam every Leaf fan's twiiter, twitch, facebook and any other social media account so it locks up... lets see if their internet can handle it.??? For you language geeks that is how you spell Tornato when the leafs blow...

Read the cap space stuff... then offer or trade Sam for a 1st to someone else, say Edmonton... Trade Girgenson for a 3rd and all you lost is a 2nd and Reinhardt...
-
So offer him 8,000,000 and force Toronto's hand... can they handle 8 mil and stay under the cap?
-
Right and seems like NHL didnt think it was egregious enough.
-
Read on twitter all NHL had to do was an in person meeting to give him regular games. They neglected or didnt care.

Battery died on one my cars, most of my tools are up in the House in Massachusetts not in apt in NY. Had to run around getting a socket to fit nut to take out battery, then take battery in to get another one... then dropped a nut off bracket somewhere.... luckily found one that fit in my miscellaneous can... 2 hours later finally got car running... for an fin battery...

No idea... big white ones on the canals between the reservoirs in upper Westchester... Geese around here and down along the Potomac are nuisance with all their poop and not enough Predators. Some stay most of the year. Along the Potomac their were often thousands in the fall. My Lab/dalmation loved to chase them. Incredible sight seeing the flock defender hed toward him till the realized he wasnt slowing down and the wholw flock would take flight at once. Never got one close but no cigar.

Or better yet waive Larry and trade Girgs for a 3rd. -

Probably the right call Girgs has more value than Larry. -

GDT Penguins At Sabres Preseason Game 2 MSG WGR 550

Oh the young guys skate faster, but yes the puck is moving faster too and skill level is way up. Combination of factors. -
Gonna be interesting to start assuming Sheary and Sam probably out to start at this rate. Bailey played better last night, put him on 4th line forecheck with Sobotka and maybe CJ Smith/Baptiste. 3rd line of Mitts and Erod and Pommer/CJ Smith, 2nd line of Berglund Nylander and Thompson. Jack, Skinner and OK on 1. When and if both come back drop Pommer and Baptiste. Keep 2nd line together and make it interchangeable with 3rd line. PS nice to actually see some D depth.. Pilut looking good... Borgen strong as well... let Bogosian heal. 1st two D pairs we saw last night third pair??? Nelson and or Pilut and Beaulieu or Ghule.. not sure Ghule sometimes seems to have a deer in headlights thing going on, like he still cant believe he is where he is... needs to settle down and just play D. Like Nylander you hope light switch gets turned on.
