  1. That's obvious, but you still need to stop. It's way too juvenile. A bag that previously contained evidence is not evidence.
  2. Plenty of games. I got to be one of those little kids on the ice once too. It really doesn't stick out in my mind too much though. Of course, I don't even remember what I had for lunch today.
  3. For the 85th time, no evidence showed up at her door. Are you intentionally ignoring everything here? LGR, stop. You're not helping.
  4. Maybe Sabresince70 can weigh in on this. Would/could the nurse's finger prints be on this bag? That would be one hell of an authentication if she actually handles that bag at any point without gloves on.
  5. That you would even offer up the possibility that she never went to the hospital is why people are taking issue with you here. It is an asinine option to even bring up yet you continue to mention it.
  6. Wouldn't something wet then make the bag wet too, making it more likely to break?
  7. Where is smell when you need him?
  8. I meant IK back to the practice squad where they originally had him. As for Duke, I think that if they feel the need to cut him, they won't want him around at all.
  9. Do they have to open a space when IK is done with his suspension or can they immediately cut him so that he can go to the practice squad?
  10. Yeah, anyone who would be going the intimidation route here wouldn't be the brightest tool in the shed... Or is it the sharpest bulb in the box. I always get those mixed up.
  11. See ya, Duke.
  12. Taro, I think of it as someone loosely affiliated with Kane dropping the bag as a "I know who you are and where you live" comment. So that wouldn't necessarily be directly from Kane and his camp, but possibly a supporter as you suggested.
  13. The description of the markings; her name, DOB, and the nurse's initials, sound pretty specific. If someone could actually fake that, they would have to have a whole hell of a lot of knowledge of the situation. The lawyer would definitely check on those details about how the nurse identified the bag before going public with this.
  14. On top of the lost wages. Still, if he wants to cash out on the next contract, the 0-2 start will wind up being some nice leverage.
  15. The fact that it's just the bag makes me lean more towards intimidation instead of tampering. Watching clips of Eoannou's press conference (edited clips, so not the full press conference) make me think that too, with the way he pointed out how the bag had her name and DOB on it. This is admittedly pure rampant speculation on my part, but that's where I am right now. It is going to be an interesting next couple of days for this story.
  16. It will be interesting to hear whether or not there are some cameras on that home or in that neighborhood.
  17. Like I said before, when every single poster reads something the same exact way, the problem is with the writer, not the readers.
  18. So I just read through one of the stories about this and realized that, according to the attorney, it was just the bag that was left at her house. So where is the actual rape kit and any other evidence that was supposed to be inside that bag?
  19. Even with that word if, I still have no idea what you are trying to say here. I'm really not trying to jump on you here, but when many people wind up having the same exact interpretation of what you said, it tends to be a pretty good sign that you need to find a better way of phrasing these thoughts.
  20. That was my take on it, but I'm sure he'll try to clean that up. That view would certainly take the foil hat view of things to a whole new level. Let's not forget that Cambria's comments today acknowledge the existence of the kit.
  21. You're way off the tracks here, but I'll entertain it for a second. Like I said in my earlier response to you, whether or not she went to the hospital can very easily be verified by hospital records and security cameras. If you really want to make this suggestion, you're going to look foolish.
  22. He needs to defend his client exactly because he is his client. Who knows, maybe it would be better to stay quiet today, but I can't picture any attorney in this situation who wouldn't put out some sort of statement defending Pat Kane. There may be a lot of possibly explanations for why the kit was left there, but what this news today ultimately does wind up as a shot taken against Kane and his people (lawyer, friends, whoever...).
  23. How does drawing attention away from Kane and towards the system inadvertently draw attention back to Kane? I'm not following your logic here. Remember that you're basing this off of the initial stories that slowly filtered out to the internet via word of mouth. Don't place much weight on things not sounding exactly like they did on day 1. The detail your questioning here can very easily be verified by hospital records/cameras. They know exactly who took her there.
  24. I'm not familiar with some of these off of the top of my head, but the ones I do know would probably work better as entrance music as opposed to goal music.
