  1. Past hour
  2. Terry: “Hey Kevvie, I have an extremely important mission for you. I’m sorry it will take you away from your playing GM tasks, but there’s reports there are leaks in the roof of the arena. You must figure out the scope of this issue and report back to me. I’m looking at you to take the lead here, alright buddy? Now go.”
  3. Launch him into the moon and let him be the regional scout for the Sea of Tranquility.
  4. Promoting Adams to director of arena operations is the Xmas gift we have been waiting for since he was hired. Moving on from Adams must happen for this franchise to survive. I’m more than ready for Jarmo to take over and start reshaping the roster. He needs to figure out what pieces are part of the solution. He needs to start in goal. Unfortunately, I think we are stuck with UPL. Therefore we must become a counter punch lock down defensive team. That starts by moving on from Byram or Power and replacing them with a D first player. Who are the keeper pieces? - Doan, Benson, Dahlin, McLeod, Timmins, Samuelsson, Norris (only because we are stuck with him), and Tage. Everyone else is expendable or replaceable.
  5. Not really, if you know you're not renewing KA as the GM you don't want him going into the trade deadline and handling the Tuch negotiations. Unless by "strange timing" you meant this should have happened 3 years ago, in which case I agree.
  6. I am retired and will be staying up late to savor Adams 2nd last game.
  7. If Adams is replaced as GM he simply cannot be promoted to another position in Hockey Operations. That would create problems, factions, and confusion. He could possibly go back to Business Admin, or back to Harbor Center, but even that is awkward.
  8. Not really. A GM change could potentially salvage the season, or at least come close to salvaging the season. The sooner the action, the greater the chance for success.
  9. It’s the Buffalo Sabres. Strange is our calling card
  10. 3 headed monster resolved. Ellis to IR.
  11. Perhaps Regier was revealing how he saw the Pegula ownership playing out long-term when he used the word "suffering".
  12. The time to do it was last year. Now they are back exactly where they were. But now the fanbase and media are raking them over the coals and fans are chanting “sell the team” and I’m sure players have made it clear that enough is enough
  13. Unreleased footage of Norris showing up for PT....
  14. What's new...another goalie that gets injured too often.
  15. My complaint is that we are multiple pages into a KA on life support today and he is still around. Maybe TP backs out to avoid a press conference.
  16. I hope Ellis is OK. I think he deserves more games, he could be a long term option, more than Lyon. We are still unsure of what Ellis is capable of.
  17. It was me. Yelling Dar-see Dar-see. Made the Buff news. One guy told me to Shut Up. Then the rest of the section continued. He was looking straight at me. The he left the box. lol
  18. You are correct, Bowman was GM in St Louis, but not in Montreal, his gig right before Buffalo. Regier did mention "suffering" before he left, but there is not a difference, it is irrelevant to my point. He said it because he meant it, and he later tried to retract it from suffering to "patience". The patience is long gone and the suffering continues.
  19. Dude is quite literally made of glass He makes Bogosian look like an iron man
  20. He’s a veritable smorgasbord of ineptitude
  21. I think two things are leading to changing out Adams sooner than later like the Olympic break or post season. One is he is no longer able to face the news media without getting absolutely clobbered on video so there is in effect no one to represent the team to the press. Two is the Tuch negotiations. I don't see how he would re-sign not knowing who is managing and coaching this team next year.
  22. Wow there’s ten options and Other is still the number one answer lol
