I also have dry wall patch, sand paper, primer and paint for after game repairs. I did repair my wide screen TV with a screen saver. Says it can withstand a 9mm bullet. Today I am buying rubber carpeting and furniture covers than I am all done... GO SABRES

fwiw, "clean" is a very commonly used term for the current crop of NFL alternative uniforms (many of which feature heavier use of white/off white/silver colour schemes). i didn't mind the arizona unis -- they're clearly intended to pay homage to the desert that surrounds them.

I tried watching the game on my phone. What an awful experience that is. The score was pretty much what I expected going in looking at the lineups that were iced. I think Doan and Kesselring will be fan favourites by year’s end. They bring exactly what the team was missing. JJ was flashy but these guys are meat and potatoes and both seem to bring great leadership which by all accounts JJ did not.

I'm not sold yet either. Optimism reigns at every start of Sabres season, but seeing Owen Power still getting caught out of position worries me. Same old same old? We'll know very shortly. Let's see how they start the regular season and it had better be a good start this time around. You cannot blow off games early in the year and cling to "it's early yet and it's a long season". It has killed them several times now to have that slow start. Here's hoping. I like what I see of Doan and Kesselring so far in a limited sample size. Hoping for a good start.

How about some step ups/Bulgarian split squats? Usually tightness indicates weakness in a muscle.

Easy for you to say. 😂 The area behind my knee tightens and freezes. And when that goes away it hurts my butt, deep behind the glute. I’ve tried all kinds of heat and stretching.
