  1. Past hour
  2. I want the filthiest players in the league on my team. Enough with the figure skaters. I want to inflict bodily harm on every opponent. I hate what this team has become. I don’t need a dozen Andrew Peters. Just stop removing every player that hits and fights from the ***** org. It’s beyond frustrating and curious that their losing coincides with removal of all toughness from the lineup.
  3. Do we know what season’s tickets sales look like? I can’t believe they are impressive at all and I’m sure if Adams is back as GM those sales won’t improve at all.
  4. I mean, someone has to bring some, haha (few others). It's just not the low point, I don't get it. I understand the frustration, however it's gotten quite ridiculous.
  5. I mean did Oates only get assists because of Hull or did he help him get those goal totals?? I like Martin and Bear and exactly what they bring. O’Brien brings something totally different but also needed. I think Martin is gone by 9 but Bear will be there.
  6. I like the idea that the team that amasses the most points after being mathematically eliminated from playoffs gets 1OA. 2nd most gets 2OA etc. means every team should have something to play for.
  7. Getting fleeced in the PLD trade didn't help. PLD shatting the bed fanned the flames. Kings' fans wanted his head on a platter. I'll bet most Kings' fans are happy with the move.
  8. The further away in time it gets, the worse it looks and feels. Just all-time dipsh1ttery. The very definition of telling on yourself for being a walking milquetoast mediocrity. This is percipient. (Good to read you here.)
  9. Today
  10. What, were they not a fan of his trade deadline moves?
  11. So you’re saying that you don’t like a system that is anti-tank but still leaves in a bit of pro-tank protection by only allowing the bottom 10 teams to have a shot at the first pick? It’s a cowardly setup. If you feel the need to create a weighted lottery (which I hate, by the way), have all of the teams involved playing for the same prize.
  12. Meanwhile, Terry and Kevyn
  13. So that's what's in our teams spam folder.
  14. How dare you! Who do you think you are? You are expecting an abnormally run franchise to behave normally. Your unreasonableness should be sanctioned. Your impertinence will no longer be tolerated here. There will be no more warnings before forceful and vengeful punitive actions will take effect!
  15. He's clearly got a ton of pp points. Only way his +/- is that with his production.
  16. Pos Donald Trump. What a vile, small minded, trash human and his Cadre of anti American child haters.
  17. I was going to say that as well, but from my Google search, he didn't play on their line. Who knows about the PP, but given I haven't watched any Bulldogs I figured I'd play it safe and not mention it.
  18. They're certainly linked, but I think if you asked him to his face, you'd get a bunch of pathetic responses that make him the victim of the entire thing.
  19. Because the NHL doesn't already make things convoluted enough; let's add 1 MORE level of complexity to something that should be really friggin' simple but the NHL CAN'T let things be simple. Not when there's a possiblilty of making them completely unfollowable. They aren't there YET (and even with your proposed modification they wouldn't be there, but they'd be heading in that direction) but give 'em time and more ideas like this and they'll get there. (Not meant for the snark to be directed at you; just the NHL and the stupid Sabres deserve the ire today.)
  20. That’s it. ***** all over the last remaining bit of positivity I have left.
  21. To answer the OP's original Q. Is it because Kim Pegula's favorite song is "Edge of 17" and we're ONLY 1-2 years away from being able to use THAT as the team's goal song and Terry wants to be able to give that to her as a gift soon? If not, got nothin'.
  22. I don't know if it's pride. Wouldn't he be more proud of owning a Stanley Cup winner than.own one of the worst franchises in memory? It's not pride. Hubris maybe, but not pride. Even that doesn't ring true to me. He has never seemed like a vain man to me. Shuns the spotlight, doesn't tell everyone how great he is, is quiet and unassuming.
  23. I haven't seen much love for either bolded player on here. Should those people be nervous that they're both reasonable bets to be available when the Sabres pick?
  24. See I'd call ^^^ pride too. 🤷‍♂️
  25. So I guess now we're onto the question - when the team puts up 75 points and misses the playoffs for the 15th straight year next year, will THAT be enough to get KA fired? Nobody kicks the can down the road like the Buffalo Sabres.
  26. I agree with this; it also makes me think competent and successful people with any GM experience would want to steer clear of such an organization.
  27. Wouldn't that be jumping OFF the bandwagon?? 🤔
