😆 🤣  that's a funny turn of phrase. I didn't realize that's what is going on, just thought it was Diggs on a boat with multiple ladies.

I find it bizarre when fans gate keep contract valuation.  Dude is going to get paid what he’s worth.  I don’t need Skip from Cheektowaga to tell me he doesn’t think Cook is worth more than $10 mill.  The market is the market. He’ll get what he’s worth. Hopefully the Bills can afford it but if not 🤷‍♂️.

Sure.  He’s good at certain things.

But I believe he was asking 15.  And there’s a reason the big boys upstairs aren’t paying him.  Beanne didn’t even try to sugar coat it.  Simply said, no.  

Glad to see he showed up to camp though.

The $10 mill came from the gate keeping fans in the replies, not me.  I don’t care what he’s worth or what he makes. If they get a deal done, great.  If not, Ray Davis is in the wings.

I see what you’re saying now.  I really like Cook and I understand why he’s doing what he’s doing (although I think putting his house up for sale cause he’s pissed is over doing it).  But the NFL has shown how giving big deals to RB’s isn’t that smart.  Especially teams that have an MVP QB who runs the show.  There are definitely RB’s who deserve those big contracts.  But Cook on this team unfortunately isn’t one of them.

How about a 4 year deal, $30 mill signing bonus, $8 mill annual salary.  It gets him his $15 million, with flexibility from the team to burn the last year or two of the deal.

A running back breaking a long TD run on a slippery, snow covered field might be the worst example to illustrate his superior talent. We can find numerous other plays that show how good Cook is.

I read a transcript of Cook's press conference today. I appreciate that, so far, he sounds fully committed to playing out his contract. He's a key piece of that offense.

I hope that they can get something done that satisfies both sides, but I am prepared for it not to happen.

Not just the playoffs. Buffalo had the third worst third down defense for the entire season.
