Scottysabres
Olofsson really was a steal. Love his speed.
Broken Ankles
RFK- You might want to ensure 44 is on the bench next time Bazzel is on the ice

jad1
10 and 44 on the back line has been bad news this game.
Scottysabres
Unfortunate they are down by 2, but the islanders are finishing their chances, the Sabres aren't, that is the difference so far.

nfreeman
2 out of the 3 Isles' goals have been of the "get dirty down low" variety.

Gatorman0519
I don’t see the likelihood of the Isles giving up 3 more goals this game and not scoring anymore.

Gatorman0519
Part of the problem is $30 million of our salary in 3 top forwards has bought us 3 goals total. Edited February 16, 2021 by Gatorman0519
Scottysabres
Just now, bob_sauve28 said: Or they are getting saves and we are not I disagree. Olofsson had the open net, he threw it back toward the goalie a bit low, hits the glove, then the post. Top shelf matters? They've had a couple of slot chances to, failure to launch? Failure to pick a corner?
Thorner
Dahlin is having himself a game, he's generating more offense that Jack and Taylor combined. We need more from them, we still don't have the depth of scoring talent to overcome them not producing any given game. nfreeman
Like most of their games this season, the Sabres are very competitive against a good team, but are being let down by lack of production from their top guys, plus lousy goaltending.
