Getting close to re-evaluation time. Couple of teams not to 20 gp yet. 3 teams in action tonight.

Tank, I may try heading in to Buffalo later today to help my parents w/ snow issues. Can you post the updates this weekend? Thanks.

If I find time in between digging myself out and working, yes. Good luck helping out your parents.

Buffalo losing all control. Time to get back on track against Washington tonight... Seriously it's time to quit the ######.

This is probably the truest look at Buffalo's position now that the teams have all played 19-20 games. It is a horse race at the first turn.

We aren't tied with Columbus. May tie with Edmonton, though.

Just checked the score. Fixed that for you.

True The Sabres have played one more , but they all have the same number of points. The Oilers and Blue Jackets have been playing like ######. And despite getting crushed in Corsi and Fenwick the Sabres have managed to win three in a row. They cannot keep this pace up right?

There is no way the Oilers don't finish last. That team is just messed up.

I just don't see how a team as short on offensive talent as Buffalo is won't be in the running at the end.

OK, maybe I worded that wrong. I just don't see how talent as offensive as Buffalo's is won't be in the running at the end.

But you'd also expect the Oilers to be a heck of a lot better right? Yet here we are. Some things don't always make sense.

The Oilers are desperately looking to make some trades per Elliott Friedman (they are not willing to move any core players as of now). The Oilers and Blue Jackets GMs are under pressure to win sooner then later, I believe they will attempt to improve their rosters and escape the bottom.

Careful. You are getting dangerously close to saying Darcy wasn't one of the bottom 3 GM's in the league. (Snow gets an automatic spot)

Not this year... :(
