GAME DISCUSSION THREAD

Ugh. I'm beginning to dread game nights because you never know what team will show up. I didn't really enjoy the fact that the Sabres couldn't score more than 1 goal, but I did like the fact that the effort seemed to be there as well as the hitting. Kaleta destroying Brind'amour in retaliation for his spacek hit hopefully will speak volumes. There needs to be more of it, but I was impressed that finally, someone stood up for a teammate regardless of whether it was going to result in a penalty. Keep up the hitting and actually score some goals tonight. Lalime won't be a problem if you can get more than 1 goal past the other goalie! LETS GO BUFFALO!

Well at least he isn't selling big screen TV's or car window logos.

Or, even worse, chances to maybe be able to buy tickets to playoff games. I'm still scratching my head over that one, but on to the game.

We've done nothing but get better with Lalime in net(0 points the first game, then 1 point in the second). I think the trend contues and we get 2 points tonight.

Anything less than a comfortable win over what I consider the NHL's worst and most ridiculous organisation, is unacceptable.

I don't want to hear any excuses about injuries, hot goaltenders, yada yada yada, just freakin' WIN!

There.

And this is the Isles AFTER selling Comrie and Campoli. Nobody should lose to the Isles, least of all a team fighting for their life.

Don't forget: without Brendan Witt, who was suspended for a dirty-@ss elbow to Toronto's Hagman:

Yeah, losing tonight would just be sad. I won't ever count the Sabres out until they are numerically eliminated, but a loss here would be beyond a bad sign.

Yeah, losing tonight would just be sad. I won't ever count the Sabres out until they are numerically limited, but a loss here would be beyond a bad sign.

They need to undo the snakebite for sure, need more than 2 goals most nights and definitely more than one, even against the Isles.

I would have never expected something like this from Brendan Witt. This is totally bush-leauge
