Rabbit151 Posted March 16, 2007 Report Share Posted March 16, 2007 What an atrocious effort so far. You can make Conks the fall-guy if you want, but who are those guys in front of him? What happened to the high-flying Sabres? I don't know who those guys are out there with the slugs on their jerseys, but they are not the same guys we've seen for most of the year. Teams are just dominating these guys. That 2nd period and most of 3rd against the Penguins was sickening to watch, and so is this 1st period. Very little effort, it's like watching the Sabres in their non-play-off years over the past 10 years that they missed it. It's tough to have hope for a team that puts that kind of effort into the game. Even Potvin sounds mystified by their recent losing ways.
