I do want him to fail. I just don't believe he's a first line player.

Yep, we need to let this play out. The positive is that he'll be given every opportunity to secure the starting position. He only has to beat out Hutton, which shouldn't be a monumental task. But the thing I like most about Linus is his demeanor... he a realist, gives honest answers, and has a calm presence about himself.... all great qualities to have as a goaltender. I certainly wish him success and hope he finds it in Buffalo.

Sadly, my expert opinion is that Samuel Rineheart doesn't fit the mold of what Jay Boderil is trying to build here. I would not be surprised to see him shipped out at some point here in the not too distant future.

How does Mittlestadt look compared to last year?

Nah. It's what we're supposed to do as fans. We're simply in mid-season form, and you're having trouble accepting that apparently.

What sucks is they're relying heavily on him to be a contributor this season. What they really need is a proven veteran 2C so they can send Mitts to Roch if he shows once again that he's simply not there yet. Unfortunately that's been neglected. As a result Mitts must be putting enormous pressure on himself to perform, which more often than not can backfire in a big way.

The better coaches always have interesting post game interviews.

Ullmark makes some outstanding saves, but gives up some softies.... I think his ceiling is Ryan Miller level but he's certainly not there yet. He has to show improvement this season. Still kinda shocked they did nothing to improve the goaltending position over the summer.

If it makes you feel any better, I do see alot of warning signs in Krueger's post game interview. Already with the excuse making... sounds very much like Housley, started to nod off at one point. Just nothing substantive at all when he dissects the game... Color me concerned.

I hold Vesey to a higher standard than others because of his senior year shenanigans with Nashville and David Poile. If he wants to earn my respect, he's gonna need to work his tail off.

Same. Too many tobacco fueled Fortnite sessions. Maybe the inability to do a single pullup should've been a red flag after all? Lack of internal discipline, lack of dedication? Hopefully he finds his way.

1gig for that type of usage is plenty.. and $99 is a good deal. That said, your bottleneck will be your local wifi network, not the uplink. Make sure you're on a good channel and all devices have a strong enough signal to maintain adequate throughput (based on use case). I'd recomment testing your througput from all rooms in your house, and deploy range extenders as necessary. I use Orbi with 1 satellite upstairs, works fantastic.

Future Star? No. Next Sheary? I like Sheary's game, he hustles, creates turnovers on the forecheck, can skate well and plays with pace. I believe he bounces back in a big way this season. Vesey I see as a depth guy, bottom of the lineup... just because he's a giant douchebag. That said, Vesey did have a modest +3.25 TRpm last season compared to Sheary's -7.34.... but the douchebag factor is too big in this case, I can't accept him as a Sabre just yet.
